This is the page where we bring you some of the things we have come across along our way. Below you’ll find various things to entertain, educate and emulate

And what better way to start off “Things We Like” for the very first time than with lots of cool surfing related videos

First up is a super slow motion look inside a huge wave

Next up is one of surfings most famous big wave riders, Laird Hamilton. This is one of his most famous accomplishments at Teahupoo, Tahiti, a legendary surfing spot renouned for its unique hyrdrodynamics and mercilessness on all but the most supreme surfers. Read more here.

Here’s a trailer for one of our favourite surf movies/documentaries “Riding Giants”. It will be difficult to find a more engrossing and visually stunning movie than this from director Stacey Peralta, also director of skating movie Dogtown & Z-Boys. We highly recommend this movie

And finally here’s a couple of unusual surfing videos. First is one of the worlds longest surfing waves….on the Amazon. This wave is caused by fast rising tidal surges flowing up river. Below that is the unusual feat of inner city surfing in Munich, Germany, where submerged rocks used to help oxygenate the river Isar create a permanently occuring wave
