On average chocolate covered sunflower seeds in a pack of Surf Seeds accounts for approximately 15% of the entire mix.

However as there is still a sunflower seed under the chocolate the total volume of a chocolate covered seed comprises approximately 2/3 sunflower seed to 1/3 chocolate

This means that in an average pack of Surf Seeds there is less than 5% chocolate, or in other words in the entire mix there is LESS THAN 4g OF CHOCOLATE
